Mixing bucket
The mixing drum is driven by a motor V-belt to rotate the impeller, allowing the slurry and reagents to mix thoroughly (used for slurry mixing before flotation operations). It is a necessary equipment for mineral processing operations to increase the reaction time of reagents and enhance the quality of drug reactions. It can also be used for mixing in various chemical industries.
Scope of application of mixing bucket
The mining mixing bucket equipment produced by Hengxing Manufacturing has advanced performance, uniform mixing, rapid discharge, and stable finished product quality. The mining mixing bucket is suitable for various metal minerals (but can also be used for other non-metallic minerals), mainly used for mixing before flotation. The mixing tank is used for concentrations not exceeding 30 and fixed component particle sizes less than 1mm. Its form is a flat bottomed bucket shaped radiation circulation spiral impeller mechanical mixing. This machine can also be used for mixing chemical raw materials. Before use, tighten the bolts on the pump body, rotate the pump shaft to check if it is flexible, and then start the machine. After stopping, add water to remove the sediment and debris in the cylinder.
Basic principle of mixing bucket:
The basic principle of a mixing tank is to achieve the stirring and mixing of the slurry in the tank through the rotation of the agitator (also known as the mixing wheel). The flow path of the slurry in the tank is mainly related to the structure of the agitator and tank, the stirring speed, and the presence or absence of a flow guiding and rectifying circulation device. The disc agitator and open agitator mainly produce radial flow paths, while the propeller agitator and downward swept irregular agitator mainly produce axial flow paths. Installing vortex baffles and flow rectification circulation devices in the tank can prevent the slurry from spinning with the mixer and improve the mixing effect. There are two main transmission methods for mixing tanks. Belt transmission is usually used for sizes of 4 meters and below, while gearbox transmission is usually used for sizes of 4 meters and above.
Structure of mixing tank:
1. The container for holding the stirred slurry, namely the mixing tank;
2. The main shaft component, which is a rotating vertical shaft with a stirrer (mixing wheel);
3. Motor and transmission device (transmission methods include belt transmission and gearbox transmission);
