      Used for selecting tungsten, tin, tantalum, iron, manganese, chromium, titanium, bismuth, lead, gold and other non-ferrous, black, rare and precious metal minerals of 2-0.02mm sand and mud grade, and selecting pyrite of 4-0.02mm; After appropriately changing the bed bar form, separate the fine coal and coal slurry; And sort other mixed materials with sufficient density difference and suitable particle size composition.

      It can be used for different operations such as coarse selection, fine selection, and sweeping selection, to distinguish different particle sizes such as coarse sand (2-0.5mm), fine sand (0.5-0.074mm), and mineral mud (-0.074).

      The selection mechanism is the same as that of wooden bed surfaces. The system utilizes the density difference of the sorted minerals, the differential motion provided by the headboard, the inclined water flow, and different types of bed bars to make the mineral particles loosely layered on the bed surface, selectively transported, and formed fan-shaped zones on the bed surface, thereby producing different rich and poor products.

      The LS type fiberglass bed surface is made of polyester fiberglass wrapped around a steel frame, and the working surface is made of a specially designed wear-resistant layer. The bed strip is made of wear-resistant material injected into the mold and formed simultaneously with the bed surface. There are three types of Guangxi strip types for the mining edge plate, head end plate, and skeleton, whether LS or YS type. They are rectangular bed strips used for processing coarse sand, trapezoidal bed strips used for processing fine sand, and groove strips used for processing mineral mud.
