    Description :

      SF type flotation machine

      This series of flotation machines is suitable for the separation of non-ferrous and black metals, as well as for the separation of non metals such as coal fluorite and talc.

      Composition of SF type flotation machine

      The flotation machine is driven by the motor V-belt to drive the impeller to rotate, generating centrifugal action to form negative pressure. On the one hand, sufficient air is sucked in to mix with the pulp, on the other hand, the pulp is stirred to mix with drugs, and at the same time, the foam is refined, so that the minerals are bonded to the foam and floated to the pulp surface to form a mineralized foam. Adjust the height of the ram and control the liquid level so that the useful foam can be scraped out by the scraper.

      Product working principle

      After thorough mixing of coal slurry and reagents, they are fed into the bottom of the flotation machine's tank. When the impeller rotates, negative pressure is formed in the wheel cavity, causing the slurry at the bottom of the tank and in the tank to enter the mixing zone through the lower and upper suction ports of the impeller, respectively. This also allows air to enter the mixing zone along the air guide sleeve, where the slurry, air, and reagents mix. Under the centrifugal force of the impeller, the mixed slurry enters the mineralized area, the air forms bubbles and is crushed, fully contacts with the coal particles, forming mineralized bubbles. Under the action of the stator and turbulence plate, it is evenly distributed on the section of the tank body, and moves upward into the separation area. The foam layer is formed by the enrichment, and discharged by the foam scraping mechanism, forming the cleaned coal foam. The unmineralized coal particles on the bottom of the trough will be mixed, mineralized, and separated again through the circulation holes and upper suction ports. The part of the slurry under the tank that is not sucked in by the impeller enters the bottom of the tank through the intermediate ore box buried in the slurry. After completing the entire process, it enters the third chamber, and the flotation machine repeats this process. The slurry passes through the first chamber and then enters the tailings tank to discharge the final tailings.

      Characteristics of SF type flotation machine: 1. Large suction capacity and low power consumption. 2. Each tank has triple functions of suction, slurry suction, and flotation, forming its own flotation circuit without the need for any auxiliary equipment. It is horizontally configured to facilitate process changes. Reasonable circulation of slurry can reduce the sedimentation of coarse sand. 4. Equipped with an automatic control device for the slurry surface, easy to adjust. 5. The impeller has upper and lower blades that tilt backwards. The upper blade generates upward circulation of slurry, while the lower blade generates downward circulation of slurry.

      Working principle of flotation machine:

      The flotation machine is an important device for realizing the flotation process. After wet grinding, the minerals that have been basically separated are adjusted to a certain concentration of pulp, which is fully mixed with flotation reagents in the agitation tank and then sent to the flotation machine.
