　　1. Check if the handle of the vacuum sampler is in the zero position and if the red dot on the sampling mark of the handle is aligned with the sampling mark line on the sampler cylinder. If not, restore the zero position and align the red dot of the handle sampling mark with the sampling mark line of the sampler cylinder.

　　Before the measurement, insert the sealed gas detection tube into the circular hole on the side of the front end of the sampler, and sequentially skim off the outlet and inlet heads of the detection tube. Check the opening of the head, it should be opened, otherwise it should be re opened.

　　Insert the gas detection tube's outlet end into the sampler's inlet and tighten it.

　　4. Receive the measured air at the inlet of the measuring tube, pull the sampler handle to the second gear, pull it back and forth once, observe the stopwatch, control the intake time to 2-3 minutes (0.6-0.9mm/second), and sample a total of 100ml.

　　Stop the color change of the indicator in the 5 test tubes (blue → white), remove the test tube, and read the concentration from the white column to the mark.

　　Restore the handle of the vacuum sampler to zero position.
