　　The structure of JZ-5/400 drilling winch is a winding type, mainly composed of spindle device, reducer, elastic coupling with brake wheel, working brake, safety brake, machine base, electric motor and other components.

　　The spindle device includes: spindle, gear, drum, brake wheel, bearing seat and bearings, etc. The reducer adopts a spherical worm gear pair for reduction and is equipped with a first stage variable speed gear. Switch the speed lever between fast and slow positions, and you can change between fast and slow speeds. The working brake adopts a tile type brake, starting the motor, releasing the electric hydraulic actuator, and stopping the motor with spring force braking. The full brake is a tile floating type, which relies on the falling of a heavy hammer for braking, and the electric hydraulic actuator releases the brake.
