      Working principle of DYF-5 split hydraulic puller

      The hydraulic puller moves forward directly with the hydraulic starting rod, so the pushing rod itself does not rotate The hook and claw seat can also be adjusted to move forward and backward directly with the thread. When operating, simply swing the handle back and forth slightly, the hydraulic starting rod will move forward, and the hook and claw will correspondingly move backward, pulling out the pulled object

      DYF-5 Split Hydraulic Puller Usage and Precautions

      1. When using, first insert the slotted end of the handle into the return valve stem and tighten the return valve stem clockwise

      2. Adjust the hook and claw seat to grip the pulled object with the claw hook

      3. Insert the handle into the handle hole and flip the piston to start the rod smoothly forward. The claw hook will retract accordingly and pull out the pulled object

      4. The effective distance of the piston starting rod of the hydraulic puller is only 50mm, so the extension distance should not exceed 50mm during use. When it is not pulled out, stop and release the return valve to retract the piston starting rod. After adjustment, repeat steps 1, 2, and 3 again until it is pulled out

      5. To retract the piston starting rod, simply use the slotted end of the handle to slightly loosen the return valve stem counterclockwise, and the piston starting rod will gradually retract under the action of the spring

      6. Before use, the corresponding tonnage of hydraulic puller should be selected based on the outer diameter, pulling distance, and load force of the pulled object. Overloading should be avoided to avoid damage

      7. This hydraulic puller is used in temperatures ranging from -5 ℃ to 45 ℃ and uses (GB443-84) N15 mechanical oil; Used at -20 ℃~-5 ℃, using (GB442-64) synthetic spindle oil

      8. To prevent damage to machinery caused by overloading, the hydraulic device is equipped with an overload automatic unloading valve. When the pulled object exceeds the rated load, the overload valve will automatically unload, and a larger tonnage hydraulic puller will be used instead
