　　Precautions for Mining Material Trucks 1. Precautions before Use

　　1.1 Before using the mining car, it is necessary to add sufficient grease to each rotating wheel, and only after adding oil or grease to each rotating part can it be put into operation.

　　Before use, the mining truck should be carefully inspected by personnel. When it is confirmed to be operational, a trial run of 50 kilometers should be conducted, followed by another inspection before it can switch to normal operation.

　　2. Precautions during use

　　2.1 Mining cars are generally arranged for use by one or more vehicles. When arranged for use, the number of mining cars per train is determined by the traction and braking forces of the power locomotive, but the traction force shall not exceed 60KN.

　　During the process of loading and unloading goods, it is advisable to avoid human activities such as impact and smashing that may damage the mining truck, in order to effectively protect the normal use of the vehicle body.

　　3. Precautions for preventing malfunctions

　　The malfunction of mining cars usually occurs during operation, which often leads to serious accidents such as personnel injury and equipment damage. In order to reduce the occurrence of accidents, regular inspections of vehicles and wheels should be carried out, and the phenomenon of broken axles and inability to move one wheel during use should be minimized as much as possible. The regular inspection cycle is determined by each unit based on the transportation distance and the condition of the track, in order to ensure that the mining car reaches its normal service life or even extends it.

　　The maintenance and upkeep of mining material vehicles should include a list of each vehicle's identification number, recording the purchase time, environmental conditions, major repairs, scrapping, and other major items.

　　The calibration and rotating parts of the mining car must be regularly oiled, and the oiling of the wheels must wait for new oil to be discharged from the oil discharge hole before stopping. When the mining car deforms and widens while running underground, it should be promptly reshaped.

　　Mining cars that have been out of service for a long time should be parked in ventilated and dry places, and should not be stored outdoors to reduce exposure to sunlight and rain, minimize corrosion and damage, and increase their service life.

　　Assembly requirements for mining material vehicles: Before final assembly, all components (including purchased parts and standard parts) must be inspected and qualified before use.

　　2. All parts should be cleaned thoroughly and carried out in a clean environment.

　　3. Deviation of assembled external dimensions: The total width and traction height deviation of the material vehicle is ± 3mm, the total height deviation is ± 8mm, and the total length deviation is ± 10mm.

　　The length deviation of the carriage is -10mm to 0mm, and the width deviation is ± 3mm.

　　5. The assembled mining car should be placed on a dedicated straight track for inspection, and it is not allowed for a gap between one wheel and the rail surface to be greater than 2mm

　　6. The mining car should be inspected and rust removed before running smoothly on bends or straight roads.

　　7. Each component shall be coated with phenolic primer, and the body shall be coated with topcoat according to the contract requirements. The appearance of the paint shall be uniform, flat, consistent in color, fully covered, and free of defects such as brush marks, peeling, accumulation, and blistering. Check the adhesion of the paint film by dividing the grid, and ensure that the coating does not peel off or partially peels off at the edges of the grid or at the intersection of the cut.
