　　The QYW70-60 pneumatic sand and sewage submersible pump has a beautiful appearance, small volume, light weight, and large flow rate. The overflow part adopts a downward suction structure, and the impeller is semi open and made of HT200 material. It can be used through; 14mm particles. Strong sewage discharge capacity, will not be blocked by the suction surface of small solid particles or fibers, nor will it be prematurely damaged by the suction of abrasive media.

　　Precautions for using QYW70-60 pneumatic sand and sewage submersible pump

　　Before using the new pump, it must be tested and operated once on the ground. When the air pressure is between 0.4-0.5i megapascals, the pump should be turned on for about ten minutes to check whether it is running normally, whether the water supply meets the requirements, and whether it is flexible to start.

　　2. The inner diameter of the intake rubber cloth hose shall not be less than 25 millimeters, and the working pressure shall not be lower than 0.4 megapascals, otherwise it will affect normal operation.

　　3. When installing the quick change pipe joint, the impurities inside the pipe and at the joint should be blown clean first to ensure that the intake is dry and clean, so as to prevent impurities from entering the housing, causing wear on the components or jamming the rotor and preventing it from running.

　　Before starting the pump, the oil mist device should be filled with lubricating oil and the oil valve should be adjusted as required. During the work process, HJ10 or HJ20 mechanical oil should be injected into the oil mist device once per shift according to regulations. Do not work without lubricating oil, and use lubricating grease as a substitute.

　　5. The impeller nut must be padded with a stop washer to prevent the rotor from loosening when it reverses, causing the impeller to sink and the pump body to rub.

　　During the assembly and disassembly process of replacing vulnerable parts such as sealing rings of blades, heavy hammers should not be used to strike them, in order to avoid damaging the fitting accuracy of internal parts. Generally, after about fifteen consecutive days of use, the air pump should be turned on and cleaned once for maintenance and upkeep.
