Description :

　　The MGC1.7-9D fixed box type mining car is composed of a box, frame, coupler, buffer, wheel axle, and wheels. The carriage is welded from steel plates, with a standard thickness of 5mm. The frame channel steel adopts a special shaped groove for mining cars, and the wheels are made of cast steel. The axle equipped with roller bearings runs very smoothly. The walking mechanism is composed of two wheelsets consisting of four wheels and two shafts. Fixed mining cars have the characteristics of simple structure, durability, low resistance coefficient, high bearing capacity, and easy maintenance. When unloading mining cars, the entire car body is flipped by a dump truck, while fixed mining cars can be pulled by locomotives or winches. Compared with dump trucks, other equipment is needed for flipping during unloading. When unloading, a dump truck should be used for operation.
