1、 Main control system: composed of PLC1, it completes the control and protection functions of the elevator.
a) Control the manual and maintenance operation modes of the hoist.
b) Complete the logic control and locking of the elevator.
c) Complete the operation control and speed setting of the transmission system.
d) Complete and enhance the control and interlocking of the signal system.
e) Complete fault detection, alarm, and protection functions for mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and other aspects of the hoist. Implement multiple hardware and software protections for major faults such as over rolling, constant speed overspeed, and deceleration overspeed.
f) Complete mutual monitoring and disconnection protection between shaft encoders.
g) Form a hardware safety circuit and a software safety circuit, which are mutually redundant and interlocked.
h) Realize the control of the working brake and safety brake in the hydraulic braking system of the hoist.
i) Capable of measuring and digitally indicating the position and operating speed of the hoist.

a) Implement speed control for the transmission system with stroke as the independent variable to achieve position control.
b) Automatically generate position velocity envelope curve to complete elevator speed monitoring.
c) Complete the required protection functions such as over winding, overspeed, speed limit, and deceleration for the dual line system of the hoist.
d) Compare the position signal and speed signal output from the main control system PLC1 separately to achieve the operation monitoring function of the two PLC systems.
e) Form software security circuits and mutually redundant and locked with other security circuits.
f) When the main control system PLC1 fails, it can complete the relevant lifting control.
3、 TH1-24 (12) intrinsically safe operation console and PB1-24 touch screen box
The intrinsically safe operation console is equipped with an intelligent explosion-proof panel box, which adopts a sliding groove method and is very easy to disassemble and install. The intrinsically safe control panel and control box are equipped with a 10 inch touch screen and Siemens S7-200 series PLC, which are the control, operation, and display cores of the entire variable frequency winch control system. They control and monitor the entire system, while generating speed charts, current trend charts, and operation history records.
4、 ZFL-D mining explosion-proof encoder
This system uses two mining explosion-proof encoders to monitor the position, speed, and other signals of the hoist. The mining explosion-proof encoder samples the starting and ending points of the transmission system, independently forming two position signals and speed signals, generating various protections such as constant speed overspeed, fixed-point overspeed, deceleration overspeed, and speed limit protection, achieving a dual line protection system.
