The dual speed column return winch has two speeds, fast and slow. It is mainly used for auxiliary transportation work such as the relocation of underground coal mining faces, comprehensive mining equipment, and various mechanical and electrical equipment, as well as for mine car scheduling and material transportation work in underground mining faces, underground car yards, uphill and downhill areas, coal mine surfaces, etc. It can also be used for column return and top caving in mining faces. The winch of this system adopts a bevel gear transmission form, with a simple structure, safety and reliability, and easy maintenance. The winch has a small width and height, making it suitable for working in narrow spaces. The winch is easy to operate and can be easily used with the speed control handle on/off button switch.
Structural characteristics of dual speed column winch
The dual speed return column winch has explosion-proof performance and is mainly suitable for coal mine underground return column caving. It can also be used for auxiliary work such as transporting materials and moving chutes during transportation and traction.
The dual speed column winch adopts spherical worm gear pair transmission in structure, and manual shift fork realizes gear shifting and speed regulation.
