Description :

　　The Z-10/800 chiseling winch is mainly used for suspending lifting discs, water pumps, water pipes, grouting pipes, air ducts and other excavation equipment during vertical shaft excavation in coal mines, metal mines and non-metal mines. It can also replace building winches and be used for lifting purposes in ground construction and transportation. The JZ-10/800 drilling winch is designed according to the working system of the suspension equipment during wellbore excavation, so it is only suitable for short-term working system and not suitable for long-term lifting operation.

　　(1) The winch should not be used in places with flammable and explosive gases such as gas and coal dust.

　　(2) The ambient temperature for winch operation is -25 ℃ to 40 ℃.

　　(3) When the altitude exceeds 1000m, it is necessary to consider the air cooling effect and the decrease in dielectric strength. The selected electrical equipment should be designed or used according to the agreement between the manufacturer and the user.

　　The structure of JZ-10/800 drilling winch is a winding type, mainly composed of spindle device, reducer, elastic coupling with brake wheel, working brake, safety brake, machine base, electric motor and other components.

　　The spindle device includes: spindle, gear, drum, brake wheel, bearing seat and bearings, etc. The reducer adopts a spherical worm gear pair for reduction and is equipped with a first stage variable speed gear. Switch the speed lever between fast and slow positions, and you can change between fast and slow speeds. The working brake adopts a tile type brake, starting the motor, releasing the electric hydraulic actuator, and stopping the motor with spring force braking. The full brake is a tile floating type, which relies on the falling of a heavy hammer for braking, and the electric hydraulic actuator releases the brake.
