　　Lubrication of drilling winch

　　1. The reducer is lubricated with winter HL-20 gear oil or HG-24 saturated cylinder oil, and the oil level should ensure that the worm gear is fully immersed in the oil. Replace the oil of the reducer once a year. 2. The main shaft bearings and the bearings at the output shaft end of the reducer should be regularly replaced or supplemented with No. 4 calcium based grease, and the oil should be changed every two years. 3. Lubricate the open gears before each drive. 4. Other parts that require lubrication should be lubricated with oil before each drive, especially the thrust ring between the two gears on the output shaft of the reducer and the shaft sleeve of the movable gear should be lubricated with oil.

　　After the winch is installed, it must be inspected and adjusted. 1. Open gear transmission, with a tooth clearance of 0.42 millimeters, a contact area along the tooth height of not less than 40%, and a tooth extension length of not less than 50%. 2. Check whether the transmission systems of the working brake are flexible and reliable, and adjust the gap between the brake shoe and the brake wheel to be no more than 0.7-0.8mm when releasing the brake. 3. Check whether the transmission systems of the safety brake are flexible and reliable, and adjust the gap between the brake shoe and the brake wheel to be no more than 1.5mm when releasing the brake. 4. Check whether the control electrical appliances of the working brake and safety brake are interlocked with the main motor, that is, start the working brake of the main motor to release the brake, stop the main motor to brake the working brake, and only start the main motor when the safety brake is released.

　　After the installation of the winch is completed and confirmed to be correct through inspection and adjustment, lubrication can be added to each lubrication part, and a no-load test run can be conducted. After winding, load operation can be carried out gradually until the rated load is reached.
