　　The BQS15-45-5.5/N explosion-proof submersible pump adopts a self circulating cooling system, which fully guarantees the reliable operation of the electric pump. 　　Working conditions of BQS15-45-5.5/N explosion-proof submersible pump

　　1. The rated frequency of the power supply is 50HZ, and the rated voltage is 380V, 660V, or 1140V (with an allowable deviation of ± 5%) for three-phase alternating current. (The user must indicate the voltage value of the electric pump when placing an order).

　　2. Electric pumps can operate in shallow water and submerge to depths not exceeding 5 meters.

　　3. The temperature of the input medium should not exceed 40 ℃, and the working environment temperature should be between 0-40 ℃.

　　4. The pH value of the liquid being pumped is 4-10

　　5. The volume ratio of solid impurities in water generally does not exceed 2%.

　　6. The diameter of solid particles in water shall not exceed 50% of the minimum size of the flow section of the pump channel.

　　Before starting the BQS15-45-5.5/N explosion-proof submersible pump, the suction pipe and pump must be filled with liquid. After turning on the pump, the impeller rotates at high speed, and the liquid inside rotates together with the blades. Under the action of centrifugal force, it flies away from the impeller and is ejected outward. The ejected liquid gradually slows down in the diffusion chamber of the pump casing, increases in pressure, and then flows out from the pump outlet and discharge pipe. At this point, a vacuum low-pressure zone without air or liquid is formed at the center of the BQS explosion-proof submersible pump blades due to the liquid being thrown towards the surroundings. The liquid in the pool flows into the pump through the suction pipe under the action of atmospheric pressure on the pool surface. The liquid is continuously drawn up from the pool and continuously flows out from the discharge pipe.
