Description :
The YGZ70 rock drill is a rock drilling tool powered by compressed air, which is used in conjunction with excavation drilling rigs or umbrella shaped rock drilling hangers. It is mainly used for drilling horizontal or downward boreholes in tunnel excavation. The drilling diameter is between 38 and 55 millimeters, with an effective drilling depth of 8 meters. The drilling tool can rotate in both directions. It can also be used for rock drilling construction in railway, highway transportation, infrastructure construction, water conservancy, and quarrying projects.
Structural characteristics of YGZ70 rock drill
The YGZ70 rock drill adopts independent structures for impact and drill rod rotation, and the impact energy and drill rod speed can be adjusted separately according to the rock conditions. The impact part adopts valve free air distribution. After using a tail plug in the starting part, the time for the compressed air to push the valve stem forward through the tail hole is extended, which improves the sensitivity of the machine's starting. The rotating part of the drill rod is driven by a gear wind motor, and the drill rod is rotated by a three-stage spur gear reduction. One gear of the wind motor is mounted on the outside of the rock drill piston, and the gear reduction adopts a two axis transmission structure. Therefore, the rock drill has a compact structure, small volume, beautiful appearance, and a small distance from the center to the top of the drill rod (only 80 millimeters), making it more suitable for drilling boreholes in excavation operations. The brazing tail adopts a hexagonal 25 × 159mm, which increases the contact area between the brazing tail and the brazing sleeve, and improves the service life of the brazing tail and the brazing sleeve.
