　　Working principle of B47 pneumatic pick

　　There are many longitudinal air holes around the cylinder wall, which are connected to the ventilation path by compressing the spring of the plunger valve. One end of these air holes is connected to the distribution valve, pushing the handle sleeve, and the other end is connected to the cylinder. The length of each air hole is configured according to the movement requirements of the impact hammer, so as to alternate intake or exhaust. The plunger valve is in a normally closed state by cutting off the air path under the action of the coil spring. Make the impact hammer move back and forth in the cylinder in a regular manner. When the impact hammer moves forward, the hammer strikes the tail of the drill; When the impact hammer moves backwards, the gas inside the cylinder is enclosed in the valve box, forming a flexible cushion layer. The gas inside the cylinder is enclosed in the valve box and will impact forward after being re supplied. Hammer strikes the tail of the drill; When the impact hammer moves backwards, the starting device of the pneumatic pick is located inside the handle sleeve. There is a plunger valve between the intake duct and the distribution valve to control the air path, and the plunger valve is in a normally closed state to cut off the air path under the action of the coil spring. The handle sleeve is pushed to compress the spring of the plunger valve and connect to the ventilation path.
