      Working Principle:

      The KPDS series flatbed drive system consists of a motor and a reducer. The rated voltage of the motor is 380V, which is reduced to 36V three-phase by a 380V AC power supply through a step-down transformer, and connected to three tracks. The power supply carbon brush on the flatbed takes power from the wheels and supplies it to the on-board electrical box of the flatbed. The step-up transformer in the electrical box boosts the voltage to 380V three-phase and then supplies power to the motor. The control system in the electrical control box controls the flatbed to move forward, backward, stop, etc.

      The KPDS series flatcar requires the laying of three tracks with 36V three-phase AC power on the tracks. The carbon brushes on the flatcar are powered from the wheels to the control box of the flatcar. The boosting transformer inside the control box boosts the 36V three-phase AC power to 380V three-phase AC power, which is then supplied to the flatcar's motor. The motor drives the reducer and the rotation of the wheels to drive the flatcar forward, backward, and stop. The movement and stop of the flatcar are controlled by the operating system. The 36V AC power on the track is obtained by reducing the voltage of the 380V AC power supply through a step-down transformer.
