　　This product has explosion-proof and protective functions, with explosion-proof marks of Exd Ⅱ BT6 and Exia Ⅱ CT6, and a protection level of IP65. It is suitable for measuring natural gas, dry coal gas, compressed air, etc. and is widely used in measurement and control systems in the fields of petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, scientific research, etc.

　　2、 Characteristics:

　　Adopting precision bearings specifically designed for imported instruments, with high accuracy and good stability, it can be used without refueling for five years under normal conditions.

　　The carefully designed flow channel structure avoids the flow of air between the bearings and improves the medium adaptability of the turbine flowmeter.

　　The unique reverse thrust structure and sealing structure design ensure the long-term reliable operation of the bearing.

　　The flowmeter head can rotate 180 °, making installation and use simple and convenient.

　　Design a rectifier with excellent rectification performance, with very low requirements for the front and rear straight pipe sections (front ≥ 2DN, rear ≥ 1DN).

　　The main performance indicators have reached the international advanced level and comply with the ISO9951 standard.

　　Adopting low-power high-tech, it can work with both internal and external power sources, and the internal battery can work continuously for more than five years.

　　By using RS485 interface to form a network communication system, automated management can be easily achieved.

　　3、 Installation method:

　　1. Before installing the gas turbine flowmeter, the pipeline must be blown clean to prevent residual iron filings from affecting the normal operation of the flowmeter.

　　2. Before installation, if the turbine can rotate flexibly without irregular noise when blown by a small airflow, and the counting rotation is normal without any interruption or jamming, then the gas turbine flowmeter can be installed and used.

　　3. When installing a gas turbine flowmeter, a sealing gasket should be added between the flange and the pipeline flange.

　　4. A filter should be installed before the gas turbine flowmeter, and an oil filter should be installed in places with dirty gas. It is strictly prohibited to directly connect the filter and flowmeter.

　　5. Stop valves should be added before and after installation.

　　6. There should be no protrusions connected to the flange joint inside the pipeline.

　　7. When installing a gas turbine flowmeter, it is strictly prohibited to directly weld at its inlet and outlet flanges to avoid burning out the internal parts of the gas turbine flowmeter.
