      This product has a simple and reliable structure, no movable parts, and a long working life. No flow blocking components, no pressure loss or fluid blockage. The measurement accuracy is not affected by the type of measured medium and its physical parameters such as temperature, viscosity, density, pressure, etc. Different combinations of PTFE or rubber lining materials and electrode materials such as Hc, Hb, 316L, Ti can adapt to the needs of different media.

      3、 Installation:

      1) When measuring mixed phase fluids, a location that does not cause phase separation should be selected;

      2) Choose a location within the measuring tube where negative pressure will not occur;

      3) Avoid installing near strong electrical equipment such as motors and transformers to prevent electromagnetic interference;

      4) Avoid installing in places with strong corrosive gases around;

      5) The ambient temperature should generally be within the range of -25~60 ℃, and direct sunlight should be avoided as much as possible;

      6) Installed in a place without vibration or with low vibration. If the vibration is too large, fixed supports should be added to the pipes before and after the sensor.

      7) The relative humidity of the environment should generally be within the range of 10% to 90%;

      8) Avoid installing in places that can be directly hit by rainwater or submerged in water. If the protection level of the sensor casing is IP67 (dust and water immersion level) or IP68 (dust and diving level), then the latter two requirements are not required.
