　　Carbon steel LDG-100 electromagnetic flowmeter

　　This product consists of two parts: sensors and converters. It works based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction and is used to measure the volumetric flow rate of conductive liquids with a conductivity greater than 5 μ S/cm. It is an inductive instrument for measuring the volumetric flow rate of conductive media. In addition to measuring the volumetric flow rate of general conductive liquids, it can also be used to measure the volumetric flow rate of strongly corrosive liquids such as strong acids and alkalis, as well as homogeneous liquid-solid two-phase suspensions such as mud, slurry, and pulp. Widely used in industrial sectors such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, textile, papermaking, environmental protection, food, as well as municipal management, water conservancy construction, river dredging and other fields for flow measurement.

　　1、 Application and Features:

　　1. Applicable medium: any conductive liquid.

　　2. Not applicable to media: non-conductive liquids, gases, and vapors.

　　3. Negative pressure pipelines cannot be used.

　　4. The measurement is not affected by changes in fluid density, viscosity, temperature, pressure, and conductivity.

　　5. The requirement for a straight pipe section with no obstructed flow components and no pressure loss inside the measuring tube is low. It has unique suitability for measuring slurry.

　　6. There are no movable parts or flow blocking components inside the pipeline, and there is almost no additional pressure loss during measurement.

　　7. It has self checking and self diagnostic functions.

　　8. The range can be modified online according to the actual needs of the user on site.

　　2、 Selection:

　　Selection of integrated or split type:

　　Integrated type: Under favorable on-site and environmental conditions, an integrated type is generally chosen, which means that the sensor and converter are assembled into one unit.

　　Separated type: The sensor and converter are installed separately in different locations, and the separated type is generally selected when the following situations occur.

　　(1) The ambient temperature or the radiation temperature on the surface of the flowmeter converter exceeds 60 ℃.

　　(2) In situations where pipeline vibration is significant.

　　(3) In situations where the aluminum casing of the sensor is severely corroded.

　　(4) In places with high humidity or corrosive gases on site.

　　(5) Flow meters are installed in places where high-altitude or underground debugging is inconvenient.

　　When placing an order, the separation distance between the sensor and the converter should be specified, generally not exceeding 100m, and the converter should be wall mounted.
