　　LDE-100 electromagnetic flowmeter

　　This product consists of sensors and converters. The sensor is installed on the measuring pipeline, and the converter is installed within 30 meters or 100 meters of the sensor, connected by a shielded cable. The main components of the sensor are: measuring tube, electrode, excitation coil, iron core, and magnetic yoke housing. It is mainly used to measure the volumetric flow rate of conductive liquids and slurries in closed pipelines. It is a fully intelligent flowmeter developed by our company using advanced technologies from both domestic and international sources. It has the characteristics of high measurement accuracy, high reliability, good stability, and long service life.

　　1、 Characteristics:

　　1. Provide display interfaces in both Chinese and English;

　　2. It can directly display the instantaneous flow rate, cumulative flow rate, percentage flow rate, and flow velocity in both forward and reverse directions according to the engineering unit;

　　3. There are 6 types of flow units to choose from (L/m, L/h, m3/m, m3/h, GPM, GPH);

　　4. 4~20mADC load 0~750, scale flow rate (upper limit of range) can be set arbitrarily;

　　5. By setting the pulse coefficient, each pulse can represent a certain volume flow rate, or output a 0-2kHz frequency signal proportional to the flow rate;

　　6. Provide traffic upper and lower limit reporting function;

　　7. RS485 interface, bidirectional communication. The working parameters of the flowmeter can be set and modified through the upper computer;

　　8. When the fluid is stationary, the zero point of the flowmeter can be automatically calibrated through the buttons on the panel;

　　9. Damping adjustment can be set within a range of 1 to 99 seconds;

　　10. Power supply voltage: 220VAC/24VDC type;

　　11. Environmental temperature: -20~60 ℃;

　　12. Protection level: IP65;

　　2、 Installation:

　　Sensors can be installed on vertical pipelines, as well as on horizontal or inclined pipelines, but the centerline of the two electrodes must be in a horizontal state.

　　The medium should flow fully in the installation position to avoid incomplete pipes and gas adsorption on the electrode.

　　When the medium is not fully filled in the pipeline at the installation position of the flowmeter, the method of raising the rear pipeline of the flowmeter can be adopted to fill the pipeline. It is strictly prohibited to install the flowmeter at the high point and outlet of the pipeline.

　　▲ Length of straight pipe section before and after flowmeter: Front section ≥ 10DN, rear section ≥ 5DN (DN is the pipe diameter)

　　▲ For flange connections, spot weld the matching flange onto the pipeline and connect the bolt to the flange on the body. Perform welding again.

　　▲ For the installation type, first weld the two flanges and pipelines on the body, install the flowmeter together with bolts and nuts, and then perform spot welding.
