      1、 Product Overview

      The FH-LWQ series gas turbine flowmeter is a new intelligent flowmeter developed by our factory by absorbing and optimizing advanced structures and process technologies at home and abroad, using micro power consumption technology and spectral analysis methods to collect data.

      2、 Main functional features

      Intelligent integrated design, Chinese character dot matrix display and multiple output functions:

      FH-LWQ: without pressure or temperature sensors, displaying volumetric flow rate under operating conditions; Non real time temperature and pressure compensation can be achieved by manually setting pressure and temperature values. Display standard flow rate.

      FH-LWQZ type: integrates flow rate, temperature, pressure sensors, and intelligent flow integrator to achieve temperature/compaction compensation of flow rate and display standard volumetric flow rate.

      Equipped with software spectrum analysis function, it improves the anti-interference and seismic resistance of the instrument;

      Use magnetic resistance sensors. Low starting flow rate, small pressure loss, high accuracy, and good repeatability;

      Adopting dual power supply, with a built-in 3.6VDC lithium battery for power supply. When powered by an external 24VDC, the internal power supply automatically switches;

      Power outage protection function; Using E2PROM technology, internal parameters are saved.

      The use of imported fully sealed and isolated self-lubricating micro torque bearings greatly improves the service life of the instrument;

      Low installation requirements: The front straight pipe section should be ≥ 3D, and the rear straight pipe section should be ≥ 1D to ensure the measurement accuracy of the instrument;

      4、 Installation method

      1. Before installation, the pipeline must be blown clean to prevent residual iron filings from affecting the normal operation of the flowmeter.

      2. Before installation, if the turbine can rotate flexibly without irregular noise when blown by a small airflow, and the counting rotation is normal without any interruption or jamming, then the gas turbine flowmeter can be installed and used.

      3. During installation, a sealing gasket should be added between the flange and the pipeline flange.

      4. A filter should be installed in front of the flowmeter, and an oil filter should be installed in areas with dirty air. It is strictly prohibited to directly connect the filter to the flowmeter.

      5. Stop valves should be added before and after installation.

      6. There should be no protrusions connected to the flange joint inside the pipeline.

      7. During installation, direct welding is strictly prohibited at the inlet and outlet flanges to avoid burning out the internal components of the gas turbine flowmeter.

      8. It should be installed in a location that is easy to maintain, free from strong electromagnetic interference, mechanical vibration, and thermal radiation effects.
