1、 Technical parameters:
1. The flow range is the flow range verified at the time of product delivery (at room temperature and atmospheric pressure, the medium is air 1.205Kg/m3); As the pressure increases, the flow range also expands.

2、 Selection:
When measuring gas, first estimate the maximum and minimum volumetric flow rates under working conditions based on the pipeline gas volume and the possible temperature and pressure range of the medium, and correctly select the flowmeter specifications; If both calibers can cover the flow range, it is recommended to choose a smaller specification of flowmeter within the allowable pressure range. For the convenience of maintenance and without affecting fluid transportation, it is recommended to install a bypass pipeline and ensure the specified length of the straight pipe section. If the gas contains larger particles or fibers, a filter should be installed upstream.
3、 Principle:
When the fluid flowing along the axial direction enters the inlet of the flow sensor, the vortex generator forces the fluid to undergo rotational motion, thus generating a vortex flow at the center of the vortex generator. The vortex flow spirals in the Venturi tube and reaches the contraction section, suddenly throttling to accelerate the vortex flow. When the vortex flow enters the diffusion section, it is forced to undergo a spiral type secondary rotation due to the backflow effect. At this point, the rotational frequency of the vortex flow is proportional to the velocity of the medium and is linear. The weak charge signals detected by two piezoelectric sensors are differentially amplified, filtered, and shaped by a preamplifier to become two pulse signals with frequencies proportional to the flow rate. At the same time, the processing circuit compares and distinguishes the phase of the two pulse signals, removes interference signals, and counts and processes the normal flow signal.

4、 Attention:
1. Spiral vortex flowmeter cannot be installed in situations with strong vibration, and when the pipeline is long, the vibration generated by the pipeline must be eliminated upstream and downstream of the sensor.
2. When using an external power source, the flowmeter must have a reliable grounding and must not share the ground wire with the high-voltage system. During pipeline installation or maintenance, the ground wire shared by the welding system must not be overlapped with the flowmeter.
3. When installed outdoors, the upper part should be covered to prevent rainwater from entering or direct sunlight from affecting the service life of the vortex flowmeter.
4. In order to facilitate maintenance and not affect the normal transportation of fluids, a bypass pipeline must be installed. When the gas contains larger particles or longer fiber debris, a filter must be installed on the vortex flowmeter.
5. Flow meters should be installed in accordance with relevant explosion-proof regulations, and safety regulations should be followed during installation and maintenance.
6. There should be no strong external magnetic field interference or strong mechanical vibration around the flowmeter. It should avoid the influence of high temperature heat sources and radiation heat sources, as well as strong corrosive environments.
7. Do not open the flowmeter or twist the various lead interfaces and temperature and pressure sensor interfaces arbitrarily.
8. In order to avoid affecting the normal transportation of fluids and facilitate maintenance, it is required to install bypass pipelines and ensure a straight pipe section with a front ≥ 3DN and a rear ≥ 1DN.
9. Spiral vortex flowmeter can be installed horizontally, vertically, or at any angle of inclination. The flow direction of the measured fluid during installation should be consistent with the arrow indicating the flow direction on the shell.
10. The flowmeter can be installed at any angle, and the flow direction of the fluid should be consistent with the flow direction indicated on the flowmeter.
