　　1、 Working principle:

　　The turbine inside the sensor rotates under the action of fluid, causing a change in the magnetic field of the signal detector. Therefore, an alternating voltage is induced in the coil of the signal detector, which is amplified, filtered, and shaped by an amplifier to output a square wave signal. The frequency of this signal voltage is directly proportional to the speed of the impeller, that is, directly proportional to the flow rate (velocity) of the fluid.

　　4、 Installation:

　　1. The direction of liquid flow during installation should be consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow on the sensor housing, and the upstream straight pipe section should be ≥ 20dn, and the downstream straight pipe section should be ≥ 5dn, where dn is the inner diameter of the pipeline.

　　2. Sensors should be kept away from external magnetic fields. If unavoidable, necessary measures should be taken;

　　3. In order to avoid affecting the normal transportation of liquids during maintenance, bypass pipelines should be installed outside the straight pipe sections at both ends of the sensor;

　　4. When installing sensors outdoors, please ensure that the amplifier plug is waterproofed;

　　5. The wiring between sensors and display instruments should be selected based on the power supply of the amplifier.

　　6. The liquid flow meter sensor can be installed horizontally or vertically, and the fluid direction must be upward when vertical. The liquid should fill the pipeline without any bubbles. During installation, the direction of liquid flow should be consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow on the sensor housing. The upstream end of the sensor should have a straight pipe section at least 20 times the nominal diameter, and the downstream end should have a straight pipe section at least 5 times the nominal diameter. The inner wall should be smooth and clean, without defects such as dents, scale, and peeling.

　　7. If the fluid is unstable and experiences pulsating flow, a buffer can be installed to ensure good measurement of the rotor flowmeter and eliminate pulsating flow. When using a rotor flowmeter, the control valve on the upstream pipeline of the flowmeter should be slowly opened first, and then the flow rate should be adjusted with a regulating valve to avoid sudden opening causing the float to rise rapidly and damage the cone tube.
