      1、 Characteristics:

      The measurement of flow rate is not affected by changes in fluid density, viscosity, temperature, pressure, and conductivity. The sensor induced voltage signal is linearly related to the average flow rate, resulting in high measurement accuracy (0.3-0.5%).

      There is no obstruction in the measuring pipeline, so there is no additional pressure loss, which has significant energy-saving significance.

      There are no movable parts inside the measuring pipeline, so the sensor has a long lifespan.

      The straight pipe section required for the sensor is relatively short, making it easy to install.

      Reasonable selection of electrode and lining materials can resist corrosion and wear.

      2、 Structure:

      a、 Measurement catheter: composed of stainless steel catheter, lining, and connecting flange, it is a carrier for measuring the on-site working conditions of the measured liquid.

      b、 Measurement electrode: a pair of electrodes installed on the inner wall of the measurement catheter, perpendicular to the axial flow direction, to generate signals for the measured liquid.

      c、 Excitation coil: The upper and lower excitation coils that generate a magnetic field inside the measuring conduit.

      d、 Iron core and magnetic yoke: Introduce the magnetic field generated by the excitation coil into the liquid and form a magnetic circuit.

      e、 Shell: Instrument outer packaging.

      2. Converter:

      4、 Installation:

      Sensors can be installed on vertical pipelines, as well as on horizontal or inclined pipelines, but require the centerline of the two electrodes to be in a horizontal state.

      The medium should flow fully in the installation position to avoid incomplete pipes and gas adsorption on the electrodes.

      When the installation position of the flowmeter is not filled with the medium, the method of raising the rear pipeline of the flowmeter can be adopted to fill the pipeline. It is strictly prohibited to install the flowmeter at the highest point and outlet of the pipeline.

      The length of the straight pipe section before and after the flowmeter: the front section is ≥ 10DN, and the rear section is ≥ 5DN (DN is the pipe diameter)

      For flange connection, spot weld the matching flange onto the pipeline and connect the bolt to the flange on the body. Perform welding again.

      The installation method involves welding the two flanges and pipelines on the main body, installing the flow meter together with bolts and nuts, and then spot welding.

      The shorter the signal cable for the split installation connection, the better;

      Signal cables must be strictly distinguished from other power lines;

      Excess cables cannot be coiled together and should be cut off. When the cable enters the sensor electrical interface, make it U-shaped at the port to prevent rainwater from penetrating into the sensor.
