      Intelligent LDG-350 electromagnetic flowmeter

      The main components of the sensor in this product are: measuring tube, electrode, excitation coil, iron core, and magnetic yoke housing. It is mainly used to measure the volumetric flow rate of conductive liquids and slurries in closed pipelines. Including highly corrosive liquids such as acids, alkalis, salts, etc. This product is widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, textile, food, pharmaceutical, papermaking, as well as in fields such as environmental protection, municipal management, and water conservancy construction.

      1、 Product features:

      1. Suitable for volumetric flow measurement of conductive fluids with conductivity greater than 5 ц s/cm;

      2. There are no active or obstructed components inside the measuring tube, and the pressure loss is small;

      3、 Attention:

      1. Requirements for the external environment

      a、 Flow meters should be avoided from being installed in places with large temperature changes or high temperature radiation from equipment. If installation is necessary, insulation and ventilation measures must be taken.

      b、 The flowmeter should be installed indoors. If it must be installed outdoors, it should be protected from rainwater, waterlogging, and direct sunlight. Moisture and sun protection measures should be taken.

      c、 Flow meters should be avoided from being installed in environments containing corrosive gases, and ventilation measures must be taken when installation is necessary.

      d、 For installation, maintenance, upkeep, and convenience, there needs to be ample installation space around the flowmeter.

      e、 The installation site of the flowmeter should avoid strong magnetic fields and vibration sources. If the pipeline vibration is large, there should be fixed pipe supports on both sides of the flowmeter.

      2. Requirements for straight pipe sections

      In order to improve the effects of eddy currents and flow field distortions, there are certain requirements for the length of the straight pipe sections before and after the installation of the flowmeter, otherwise it will affect the measurement accuracy (rectifiers can also be installed, avoiding installation near the regulating valve and half open valve as much as possible).

      According to the assembly form of converters and sensors, they can be divided into two types of structures: integrated and split.

      Integrated: The converter and sensor are directly assembled as a whole and cannot be separated. Commonly used in sites with good environmental conditions.

      Split type: The converter is composed of a dedicated cable and a sensor to form a product, with the sensor installed on site and the converter installed in a location with better conditions. Commonly used in sites with poor environmental conditions, such as underground wells, high temperatures, and places that are difficult for personnel to reach.
