This product is an ideal gas flow detection instrument for gas metering in industries such as petroleum, chemical, power, metallurgy, and industrial boilers, as well as for measuring the volume flow rate and total amount of low viscosity gases in urban natural gas, gas pressure regulating stations, closed pipelines, and gas thermal metering.

2、 Selection
When selecting a gas turbine flowmeter, the following parameters need to be determined in detail: pipeline diameter, measuring medium, operating temperature, and pressure
Power (working or standard state), installation method (pipeline or plug-in), power supply (12V, 24V or battery)
Power supply), output mode (4-20mA, pulse output or 485 communication), maximum flow rate (working state or standard state), whether explosion-proof is required, and whether the flange connection type should have a matching flange.
3. Installation
1. Stop valves should be added before and after installation.
2. There should be no protrusions connected to the flange joint inside the pipeline.
3. When installing a gas turbine flowmeter, it is strictly prohibited to directly weld at its inlet and outlet flanges to avoid burning out the internal parts of the flowmeter.
4. The flowmeter should be installed in a location that is easy to maintain, free from strong electromagnetic field interference, mechanical vibration, and thermal radiation effects.
5. Not suitable for installation in situations where flow is frequently interrupted and there is strong pulsating flow or pressure pulsation;
6. When installing the flowmeter outdoors, there should be a cover on the upper part to prevent rainwater from entering and direct sunlight from affecting the service life of the flowmeter.
7. The flowmeter can be installed horizontally or vertically, and the direction of fluid flow should be consistent with the direction marked on the shell. When installing in a vertical pipeline, the flow direction must be upward and downward. A straight pipe section of not less than 10Dn should be ensured upstream of the flowmeter, and a straight pipe section of not less than 5Dn should be ensured behind the meter.
