This product consists of two parts: sensors and converters. It works based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction and is used to measure the volumetric flow rate of conductive liquids with a conductivity greater than 5 μ S/cm. It is an inductive instrument for measuring the volumetric flow rate of conductive media. In addition to measuring the volumetric flow rate of general conductive liquids, it can also be used to measure the volumetric flow rate of strong corrosive liquids such as strong acids and alkalis, as well as homogeneous liquid-solid two-phase suspensions such as mud, slurry, and pulp.
1、 Application and Features:
1. Applicable medium: any conductive liquid.
2. Not applicable to media: non-conductive liquids, gases, and vapors.
3. Negative pressure pipelines cannot be used.
4. The measurement is not affected by changes in fluid density, viscosity, temperature, pressure, and conductivity.
5. The requirement for a straight pipe section with no obstructed flow components and no pressure loss inside the measuring tube is low. It has unique suitability for measuring slurry.
6. There are no movable parts or flow blocking components inside the pipeline, and there is almost no additional pressure loss during measurement.
7. It has self checking and self diagnostic functions.
8. The range can be modified online according to the actual needs of the user on site.

3、 Selection of installation location:
1. The flow direction indicator on the sensor must be consistent with the direction of the measured medium flow inside the pipeline.
2. The installation position must ensure that the measuring tube is filled with the measured medium.
3. Choose a location with smaller fluid flow impulse, which should be away from the pump and local resistance components (valves, elbows, etc.).
4. When measuring two-phase fluids, a location that is not prone to phase separation should be selected.
5. Installation in areas with negative pressure inside the pipe should be avoided as much as possible.
6. When the measured medium easily causes adhesion and scaling on the inner wall of the electrode and measuring tube, it is recommended that the flow velocity inside the measuring tube should not be less than 2m/s.
At this point, a tapered pipe slightly smaller than the process diameter can be used. To clean electrodes and measuring tubes without interrupting flow in the process pipeline, sensors can be installed in parallel with cleaning ports.
