Description :
DN100 integrated electromagnetic flowmeter
This product is widely used for flow measurement of conductive liquids in industries such as tap water, chemical, coal, environmental protection, textile, metallurgy, and papermaking. Our company mainly produces two types of electromagnetic flow meters: integrated intelligent type and split intelligent type.
1、 Characteristics:
The measurement of flow rate is not affected by changes in fluid density, viscosity, temperature, pressure, and conductivity. The sensor induced voltage signal is linearly related to the average flow rate, resulting in high measurement accuracy (0.3-0.5%).
There is no obstruction in the measuring pipeline, so there is no additional pressure loss, which has significant energy-saving significance.
There are no movable parts inside the measuring pipeline, so the sensor has a long lifespan.
The straight pipe section required for the sensor is relatively short, making it easy to install.
Reasonable selection of electrode and lining materials can resist corrosion and wear.

3、 Installation:
In order to ensure the stable and reliable operation of the flowmeter, the following requirements should be noted when selecting the installation location:
1. Try to avoid ferromagnetic objects and equipment with strong electromagnetic fields (such as large motors, transformers, etc.) to prevent the magnetic field from affecting the working magnetic field and flow signal of the sensor.
2. It should be installed in a dry and ventilated place as much as possible, avoiding direct sunlight and rain. The ambient temperature should be between -20 and+60 ℃, and the relative humidity should be less than 85%.
3. There should be ample space around the flowmeter for easy installation and maintenance.
4、 Selection:
1. Determine the installation location in order to make a reasonable choice between integrated or split electromagnetic flow meters;
2. Clearly measure the diameter of the measured pipeline;
3. Clarify whether the medium is conductive; (Conductivity>5 μ S/cm)
4. Clearly define their work pressure, working temperature, and working flow rate;
5. Clearly select a lining and electrode material with reasonable chemical properties as the medium.
