DN350 intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter
This product consists of a primary device and a secondary device. Flowmeters can be divided into split type and integrated type according to the combination of primary and secondary devices; Flow meters are mainly used to measure the volumetric flow rate of conductive liquids.
1、 Product features:
1. Suitable for volumetric flow measurement of conductive fluids with conductivity greater than 5 ц s/cm;
2. There are no active or obstructed components inside the measuring tube, and the pressure loss is small;
3. Lining and electrodes with different materials have good anti-corrosion performance;
4. Not affected by medium, density, viscosity, temperature, pressure, and conductivity;
5. Low frequency rectangular wave excitation, less susceptible to interference, stable and reliable;
6. The converter has low energy consumption, simple and convenient installation, and users do not need to debug.

3、 Installation and debugging:
During the use of flow meters, general maintenance work mainly includes inspections:
1. Check if the working power supply voltage is correct according to the work area;
2. Whether the sensor grounding is reliable or damaged;
3. Whether the medium is filled with the sensor and whether there are bubbles in the medium;
4. Is the reading correct and is the measured value within the measurement range;
5. Is the terminal wiring loose;
6. Is the flow sensor soaked in water;
7. Are there any small animals crawling into the converter box causing cable short circuit faults;
8. The inquiry cycle depends on the installation environment conditions.
4、 Selection:
Firstly, it is necessary to collect data on relevant electromagnetic flow meters for personal selection and decision-making.
Secondly, when purchasing, it is necessary to first clarify what the instrument is intended to measure and whether there are any special requirements.
