　　This product is a precision instrument used to measure liquid flow rate. A direct reading cumulative instrument is a volumetric flowmeter that measures the total flow rate of liquid flowing through a pipeline. The elliptical gear flowmeter can be equipped with two counting mechanisms: mechanical display head and electronic display head. The display head has the functions of displaying cumulative flow rate, instantaneous flow rate, and zero return, which can achieve on-site display and remote control. For different measuring media (acid, alkali, organic liquid, oil, food, etc.), flow meters can be made of different materials (cast steel, stainless steel, and 316), suitable for flow measurement work in industrial sectors such as chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, power, metallurgy, and food.

　　2、 Characteristics:

　　1. Flow measurement is independent of the flow state of the fluid and has a wide measurement range.

　　2. The higher the viscosity of the medium, the smaller the amount of leakage from the gear and measuring space gap. Therefore, the larger the viscosity of the measured medium, the smaller the leakage error, and the more advantageous it is for measurement.

　　3. The elliptical gear flowmeter has high measurement accuracy and is suitable for measuring the flow rate of high viscosity media.

　　4. There is no need for straight pipe sections before and after the flowmeter, even if the flowmeter is close to valves, bends, reducers, or expanders, there is no need to install straight pipe sections.

　　5. High measurement accuracy: 0.2 and 0.5 levels.

　　6. It can measure various oils and non corrosive liquid media for cast iron.

　　3、 Installation and use:

　　1. A filter should be installed in front of the flowmeter, and the arrows on both casings should point in the same direction as the flow.

　　2. When the measured liquid contains gas, a gas separator should be installed in front of the flowmeter.

　　3. Regardless of whether the pipeline is installed vertically or horizontally, the elliptical gear shaft in the flowmeter is installed in a horizontal position. The dial should be perpendicular to the ground. Refer to the diagram.

　　4. If it is difficult to see the reading clearly when the flowmeter is installed correctly, the counter can be turned 180 ° or 90 °, both of which are acceptable.

　　5. Before installing the new flowmeter, use a bamboo stick to push the gear several times from the outlet. If it doesn't move, you can soak it in gasoline (to avoid sediment accumulation after factory calibration).

　　6. The throttle valve should be installed at the inlet of the flowmeter, and the switch valve should be installed at the outlet. When opening and closing each valve, it should be started slowly and not quickly opened or closed.

　　7. It is strictly prohibited to use sweeping steam to pass through the flowmeter.

　　8. In continuous use departments, flow meters must be equipped with bypass pipelines.
