　　This series of products complies with the national enterprise standard JJG198-94 "Verification Regulations for Velocity Flowmeters" Q/320831AHH003-2004 "HLUX Series Intelligent Spiral Gas Flowmeters".

　　This series of products has been verified and approved by the National Instrumentation Explosion Safety Supervision Department (NEPSI), and complies with the relevant provisions of national standards GB3836.1-2010 and GB3836.2-2010. The explosion-proof mark of the explosion-proof type is Exd Ⅱ CT6.

　　1、 Main features:

　　1. The built-in pressure, temperature, and flow sensors have multiple compensation methods for users to choose from, with high safety performance, compact structure, and beautiful appearance.

　　2. On site display of temperature, pressure, instantaneous flow rate, and cumulative total amount.

　　3. By adopting a new type of signal processing amplifier and unique filtering technology, the interference signals generated by pressure fluctuations and pipeline vibrations are effectively eliminated, greatly improving the anti-interference ability of the flowmeter and making small flow rates have excellent stability.

　　4. The whole machine has extremely low power consumption and can operate for a long time with internal battery power supply, making it an ideal on-site display instrument without the need for external power supply.

　　5. The anti-theft function is reliable, with password protection to prevent parameter changes.

　　6. Equipped with two-wire and three wire 4-20mA standard current signal output, pulse output, and RS485 interface.

　　2、 Structure:

　　1. The sensor includes a vortex generator, detection element, rectifier, and housing.

　　The vortex generator is composed of specific spiral blades, which are fixed at the front end of the shell contraction section, forcing the fluid to generate strong vortex flow.

　　The detection element is installed near the throat of the expansion tube, and the frequency signal of vortex precession can be measured using thermal, piezoelectric, strain, capacitive, or fiber optic detection elements.

　　The rectifier is fixed at the outlet of the flowmeter body, and its function is to eliminate vortex flow to reduce the impact of downstream flow state on instrument measurement.

　　The shell is designed as a flow channel with a certain shape to form vortices, fix and protect the components installed inside, and connect them to the pipeline through flanges.

　　2. Conversion display instrument

　　The weak voltage signal detected by the piezoelectric sensor is amplified, filtered, and shaped into a pulse signal whose frequency is proportional to the flow rate, and then counted and displayed by the display instrument. The display device is equipped with an output interface to output various signals. The measured gas medium can be compensated for temperature and pressure, converted to volumetric flow rate under standard conditions, and displayed.

　　3、 Installation:

　　1. In order to avoid affecting the normal transportation of fluids and facilitate maintenance, it is required to install a bypass pipeline as shown in the following figure, and ensure that the straight pipe section is ≥ 3DN in the front and ≥ 1DN in the back;

　　2. Sensors can be installed in vertical, horizontal, or any inclined position according to the flow direction indicator;

　　3. When conducting pipeline pressure testing, attention should be paid to the pressure measurement range of the pressure sensor equipped on the intelligent flowmeter to avoid damaging the pressure sensor due to overpressure.

　　4. Attention should be paid to the influence of installation stress. The upstream and downstream pipelines of the flowmeter should be coaxial, otherwise shear stress will be generated.

　　5. The installation location of the flowmeter should consider the thickness of the sealing gasket or install an elastic expansion joint on the downstream side.
