　　Domestic LZ-80 metal tube float flowmeter

　　This product mainly consists of three parts: measuring tube body, conical float, and indicator. With different indicators, it can achieve on-site pointer indication, (4-20) mA standard analog signal output, LCD display of instantaneous and cumulative flow, upper and lower limit alarm, HART protocol communication, battery power supply, and explosion-proof functions. We can also manufacture other flange sizes, threaded connections, and special specifications with magnetic filters for users, which are widely used in the measurement and automatic control of liquid and gas flow in departments such as national defense, chemical industry, petroleum, metallurgy, power, environmental protection, medicine, and light industry.

　　1、 Working principle:

　　The measured medium flows through the measuring tube from bottom to top, generating a differential pressure at the upper and lower ends of the float to form an upward force. When the upward force on the float is due to the weight of the float immersed in the flowing fluid, the float rises, and the annular gap area increases accordingly. The fluid flow at the annular gap rapidly decreases, and the pressure at the upper and lower ends of the float decreases. The upward force acting on the float decreases until the upward force is balanced with the weight of the float immersed in the fluid, and the float stabilizes at a certain position. The height of the float position corresponds to the flow rate of the measured medium. The float is equipped with magnetic steel, and when the float moves up and down with the medium, the magnetic field changes with the movement of the float.

　　3、 Installation:

　　The inlet of the flowmeter should have a straight pipe section of at least 5 times the diameter of the pipe, and the outlet should have a straight pipe section of 250mm

　　A bypass should be added to the metal tube float flowmeter to facilitate troubleshooting and ensure that it does not affect production during blowdown;

　　If the medium contains solid impurities, it should be considered to install a filter between the valve and the straight pipe section;

　　If the medium contains ferromagnetic substances, a magnetic filter should be installed;

　　When the temperature of the tested medium is higher than 220 ℃ or the fluid temperature is too low to cause crystallization, insulation protection measures should be taken. A jacket type should be selected for cooling or insulation.
