      The measurement accuracy of this product is not affected by the type of measured medium and its physical parameters such as temperature, viscosity, density, pressure, etc. Different combinations of PTFE or rubber lining materials and electrode materials such as Hc, Hb, 316L, Ti can adapt to the needs of different media.

      1、 Product features:

      3、 Environmental conditions:

      Flow meters, especially those with intelligent LCD display screens, should be installed in a location that avoids direct sunlight as much as possible, and the ambient temperature should be between 5C and 55C.

      Avoid strong interference sources

      Choose a location without strong electromagnetic field radiation to install flow meters, avoiding equipment that can easily cause electromagnetic interference such as motors, transformers, and frequency converters. The measurement principle of a flowmeter is based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction, and the raw signal it generates is very weak, less than millivolts. If there is strong electromagnetic field radiation near the flowmeter, it will affect the accuracy of the measurement and may even malfunction.

      4、 Length of straight pipe section

      Attention should be paid to avoiding components that generate eddy currents, such as valves, elbows, and bypasses. The straight pipe sections upstream and downstream of the flowmeter should be extended as much as possible, and if necessary, rectifier pipes should be installed to ensure that the upstream straight pipe section of the flowmeter must be at least 5 DN (measuring pipe diameter) and the downstream must be at least 2 DN.

      Liquid conductivity must be uniform and stable

      Do not install the flowmeter in areas where the conductivity of the fluid being measured is extremely uneven. If different media are injected upstream, it will result in uneven conductivity and affect the measurement. In this case, it is recommended to move the injection port downstream; If it is necessary to inject from upstream, it should be kept as far away from the flow meter as possible. It is generally recommended to maintain a distance of at least 20 DN to ensure thorough and uniform mixing of the liquid.
