      This product can effectively brake fluids, with a highly responsive response and the ability to instantly measure a lot of fluid data. The measurement system adopts intelligent design, with strengthened overall sealing, and can work normally in harsh environments.

      1、 Characteristics:

      The measurement of flow rate is not affected by changes in fluid density, viscosity, temperature, pressure, and conductivity. The sensor induced voltage signal is linearly related to the average flow rate, resulting in high measurement accuracy.

      There is no obstruction in the measuring pipeline, so there is no additional pressure loss; There are no movable parts inside the measuring pipeline, so the sensor has an extremely long lifespan.

      Due to the fact that the induced voltage signal is formed in the entire space filled with a magnetic field and is the average value on the surface of the pipeline, the sensor requires a shorter straight pipe section, with a length of 5 times the diameter of the pipeline.

      The sensor part only has the inner lining and electrodes in contact with the measured liquid. As long as the electrode and inner lining materials are selected reasonably, they can be corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant.

      A bidirectional measurement system that can measure both forward and reverse flow rates. Using special production processes and high-quality materials to ensure stable product performance over a long period of time.

      3、 Installation:

      1. It should be installed indoors in a dry and ventilated area. Avoid installation in areas with high ambient temperatures, avoid strong vibrations, and try to avoid equipment with strong magnetic fields. Such as large motors, transformers, etc. Avoid installation in environments with corrosive gases. The installation location should be convenient for maintenance, which is the environmental condition to ensure the normal operation of the transmitter.

      2. Valves and bypasses should be installed at both ends of the electromagnetic flow transmitter.

      3. In order to ensure that the measuring tube of the electromagnetic flow transmitter is filled with the measured medium, it is installed vertically and flows from bottom to top. Especially for liquid-solid two-phase flow, it must be installed vertically. If only horizontal installation is allowed on site, it must be ensured that the two electrodes are on the same horizontal plane.

      4. To avoid interference signals, the signal between the transmitter and the converter must be transmitted using shielded wires. It is not allowed to parallel signal cables and power lines in the same cable steel pipe. The length of signal cables should generally not exceed 30m.
