      This product is mainly used to measure the volumetric flow rate of conductive liquids and slurries in closed pipelines. Such as water, sewage, mud, pulp, various acids, alkalis, salt solutions, food slurries, etc., steel plant wastewater flow meters are widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, textile, food, pharmaceutical, papermaking, as well as environmental protection, municipal management, water conservancy construction and other fields.

      2、 Maintenance:

      During the maintenance process, general maintenance work mainly includes inspections:

      1. Check if the working power supply voltage is correct according to the work area;

      2. Whether the sensor grounding is reliable or damaged;

      3. Whether the medium is filled with the sensor and whether there are bubbles in the medium;

      4. Is the reading correct and is the measured value within the measurement range;

      5. Is the terminal wiring loose;

      6. Is the flow sensor soaked in water;

      7. Are there any small animals crawling into the converter box causing cable short circuit faults;

      8. The inquiry cycle depends on the installation environment conditions.

      3、 Characteristics:

      1. There are no flow barriers inside the measuring tube, so there is no additional pressure loss.

      2. Due to the signal being formed throughout the entire space filled with magnetic field, it is the average value on the cross-section of the pipeline. Therefore, the required straight pipe section from the electrode plane to the upstream end plane of the sensor is relatively short, with a length of 5 × DN (where DN is the inner diameter of the conduit).

      3. Only the pipeline and electrodes come into contact with the measured liquid. Therefore, as long as the electrode and pipeline lining materials are selected reasonably, the requirements for corrosion resistance and wear resistance can be achieved.

      4. The sensor output signal is an electromotive force that is linearly related to the average flow velocity.

      5. The measurement results are independent of physical parameters such as pressure, temperature, density, viscosity, and conductivity (not less than the minimum conductivity) of the liquid, so the measurement accuracy is high and the work is reliable.
