      This product is an intelligent flow display with non-linear accuracy compensation function. The accuracy of the correction formula is better than ± 0.02%. The instrument coefficient can be set online by buttons and displayed on the LCD screen. The LCD screen is intuitive, clear, and reliable. EEPROM is used for power down protection of accumulated flow and instrument coefficient, and the protection time is greater than 10 years. High performance MCU central processing unit is used to complete data acquisition, processing, display output, and convenient display of accumulated flow and instantaneous flow on the same screen human-machine interface.       2、 Category:

      1. Gas turbine flow transmitter

      The gas turbine flow transmitter consists of a turbine flow sensor and an amplification circuit or transmission device, which converts fluid flow into electrical pulse signals or current signals for output, and does not have a display mechanism.

      2. Ordinary gas turbine flowmeter

      Ordinary gas turbine flow meters are divided into two types: mechanical and electronic. The former consists of a gas turbine flow sensor and a mechanical counter, while the latter consists of a gas turbine flow sensor and a flow integrator, but neither of them has pressure and temperature compensation function, only measuring the working condition volume flow of the gas.

      3. Temperature pressure compensation type gas turbine flowmeter

      The temperature pressure compensation type gas turbine flowmeter considers the compressibility of gas, so it adds pressure sensors and temperature sensors. Therefore, it consists of four parts: turbine flow sensor, pressure sensor, temperature sensor, and temperature pressure compensation instrument. It converts the working condition volume flow rate into standard volume flow rate and directly measures the standard volume flow rate and cumulative flow rate.

      3、 Installation:

      Sensors can be installed in vertical, horizontal, or any inclined position according to the flow direction indicator;

      When the pipeline is long or close to the vibration source, supports should be installed upstream and downstream of the flowmeter to eliminate the impact of pipeline vibration;

      The installation location of the sensor should have sufficient space for the inspection and maintenance of the flowmeter, and should meet the environmental requirements of the flowmeter;

      Avoid interference from strong external magnetic fields;

      When installed and used outdoors, there should be a cover to avoid direct sunlight and rainwater erosion, which may affect the service life of the instrument;

      When conducting pipeline pressure testing, attention should be paid to the pressure measurement range of the pressure sensor equipped on the intelligent flowmeter to avoid damaging the pressure sensor due to overpressure.

      Attention should be paid to the influence of installation stress. The upstream and downstream pipelines of the flowmeter should be coaxial, otherwise shear stress will be generated.

      The installation location of the flowmeter should consider the thickness of the sealing gasket or install an elastic expansion joint on the downstream side.

      Before installing the flow meter, the welding slag and other debris in the pipeline should be removed first.
