Description :
This product consists of sensors and converters. The sensor is installed on the measuring pipeline, and the converter is installed within 30 meters or 100 meters of the sensor, connected by a shielded cable. The main components of the sensor are: measuring tube, electrode, excitation coil, iron core, and magnetic yoke housing. It is mainly used to measure the volumetric flow rate of conductive liquids and slurries in closed pipelines.
1、 Technical parameters:
1. Provide display interfaces in both Chinese and English;
2. It can directly display the instantaneous flow rate, cumulative flow rate, percentage flow rate, and flow velocity in both forward and reverse directions according to the engineering unit;

4. 4~20mADC load 0~750, scale flow rate (upper limit of range) can be set arbitrarily;

2、 Characteristics:
1. The sensor has no moving parts inside, a simple structure, and reliable operation.
The plug-in structure of the plug-in electromagnetic flowmeter can be easily installed, disassembled, and removed without stopping the water supply under low pressure or pressure conditions. Therefore, it is very suitable for fluid measurement in pipelines nowadays.
3. The measurement accuracy is not affected by changes in physical parameters such as temperature, pressure, density, viscosity, and conductivity (as long as the conductivity is greater than 20 μ S/cm) of the measured medium.
4. The sensor has almost no pressure loss and extremely low energy loss.
5. Compared to general electromagnetic flow meters, the manufacturing and installation costs of measuring instruments are lower. Especially suitable for flow measurement of large and medium-sized pipelines.
6. Adopt advanced low-frequency square wave excitation. Zero point stable plug, strong anti-interference ability, reliable operation.
7. Flow measurement range. The full-scale flow velocity inside the measured pipeline can be set arbitrarily from 1m./s to 15m./s, and the output signal is linearly related to the flow rate.
8. The flowmeter not only has a 4-20mA DC standard current output, but also a 0-5Hz frequency output. The converter can also display instantaneous flow and cumulative flow, as well as lower and lower limit alarms, RS485 communication, and other functions.
3、 Structure:
a、 Measurement catheter: composed of stainless steel catheter, lining, and connecting flange, it is a carrier for measuring the on-site working conditions of the measured liquid.
b、 Measurement electrode: a pair of electrodes installed on the inner wall of the measurement catheter, perpendicular to the axial flow direction, to generate signals for the measured liquid.
c、 Excitation coil: The upper and lower excitation coils that generate a magnetic field inside the measuring conduit.
d、 Iron core and magnetic yoke: Introduce the magnetic field generated by the excitation coil into the liquid and form a magnetic circuit.
e、 Shell: Instrument outer packaging.
2. Converter:
It is an intelligent secondary meter that amplifies and processes the flow signal. After being operated by a microcontroller, it can display the flow rate, cumulative measurement, and output signals such as pulses and analog currents for measuring or controlling fluid flow.
3. Product assembly form:
It is divided into two forms: one-piece and split type.
a、 Integrated: The sensor and converter are installed together.
b、 Split type: Sensors and converters are installed separately, forming a flow metering system through connecting cables.
c、 To meet the requirements of measuring different media, there are multiple choices for the lining and electrode materials of sensors.
