　　The measurement principle of this product is Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. The main components of the sensor are: measuring tube, electrode, excitation coil, iron core, and magnetic yoke housing. 　　1、 Characteristics:

　　There are no obstruction components inside the flowmeter, and there is almost no pressure loss or fluid blockage.

　　No mechanical inertia, fast response, wide fluid measurement range (flow velocity 0.3-12m/s), good stability, can be used for automatic detection, adjustment, and programmable systems.

　　Measuring liquids with conductivity greater than 5u S/cm, the measurement is not affected by changes in fluid density, viscosity, temperature, pressure, and conductivity. The sensor's induced voltage signal is linearly related to the average flow rate, and the measurement accuracy is high.

　　Accuracy levels: 0.2, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5. Can meet the needs of different users.

　　The sensor part only has the inner lining and electrodes in contact with the measured liquid. As long as suitable electrode and inner lining materials are selected, it can be corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant.

　　There should also be a certain straight pipe section upstream of the flowmeter sensor, usually between 5D and 10D.

　　It can be installed horizontally, vertically, and diagonally, but it is necessary to ensure that the measuring tube is coaxial with the process pipeline and that the measuring tube is always filled with liquid.

　　The measuring tube, housing, shielded wires of the leads, and the pipelines at both ends of the sensor must be reliably grounded.
