Description :
This product integrates flow, temperature, and pressure detection functions, and can automatically compensate for temperature, pressure, and compression factor. It is an ideal instrument for gas measurement in industries such as petroleum, chemical, power, and metallurgy.
1、 Measurement principle:
When the fluid flow sensor along the axial direction is fed in, it is forced to rotate around the centerline by the vortex generator, generating a vortex flow. The vortex flow spirals in the Venturi tube and reaches the contraction section where it suddenly throttles, accelerating the vortex flow. When passing through the diffusion section, the vortex center precesses along a conical spiral line. At this point, the precession frequency of the vortex center through the detection point is proportional to the flow velocity of the fluid. The precession frequency signal of the vortex flow detected by the piezoelectric sensor is amplified, filtered, and shaped before being converted into a flow value for on-site display or signal selection.
2、 Technical parameters:
1. The flow range is the flow range verified at the time of product delivery (at room temperature and atmospheric pressure, the medium is air 1.205Kg/m3); As the pressure increases, the flow range also expands.
2. Standard state conditions; P=101.325kPa,T=293.15K。
3. Usage conditions: Environmental temperature: -30~+60 ℃, medium temperature: -20~+80 ℃, relative temperature: 5%~95%, atmospheric pressure: 86kPa~106kPa.
4. Electrical performance indicators
Working power supply: external power supply:+24VDC, internal power supply: 3.6V lithium battery, overall energy consumption: external power supply,<1W, internal power supply,<0.3MW, lithium battery can be used for more than two years.
Output mode: frequency signal, 4-20mA signal, RS485 communication (capable of transmitting temperature, pressure, instantaneous flow rate, and cumulative flow rate parameters).

4、 Installation:
1. Sensors can be installed in vertical, horizontal, or any inclined position according to the flow direction indicator;
2. When the pipeline is long or close to the vibration source, supports should be installed upstream and downstream of the flowmeter to eliminate the impact of pipeline vibration;
3. The installation location of the sensor should have sufficient space for the inspection and maintenance of the flowmeter, and should meet the environmental requirements of the flowmeter;
4. Avoid interference from strong external magnetic fields;
5. When installed and used outdoors, there should be a cover to avoid direct sunlight and rainwater erosion, which may affect the service life of the instrument;
6. When conducting pipeline pressure testing, attention should be paid to the pressure measurement range of the pressure sensor equipped on the intelligent flowmeter to avoid damaging the pressure sensor due to overpressure.
