2、 Product features:

3、 Working principle:
The turbine inside the sensor rotates under the action of fluid, causing a change in the magnetic field of the signal detector. Therefore, an alternating voltage is induced in the coil of the signal detector, which is amplified, filtered, and shaped by an amplifier to output a square wave signal. The frequency of this signal voltage is directly proportional to the speed of the impeller, that is, directly proportional to the flow rate (velocity) of the fluid.
4、 Installation and maintenance:
1. Requirements for straight pipe sections:
It must be installed horizontally on the pipeline (with an inclination of less than 50 degrees), and the axis of the flowmeter should be concentric with the axis of the pipeline during installation, with a flow direction of *.
The length of the upstream pipeline should have an equal diameter straight pipe section of no less than 2d. If the installation site permits, it is recommended to have an upstream straight pipe section of 20d and a downstream straight pipe section of 5d.
2. Requirements for piping:
The inner diameter of the upstream and downstream piping of the installation point is the same as the inner diameter of the flow meter.
3. Requirements for bypass pipes:
In order to ensure that the maintenance of the intelligent turbine flowmeter does not affect the normal use of the medium, shut-off valves (globe valves) should be installed on the front and rear pipelines of the intelligent turbine flowmeter, and bypass pipelines should also be set up. The flow control valve should be installed downstream of the flowmeter. When using the flowmeter, the upstream shut-off valve must be fully opened to avoid unstable flow of fluid in the upstream section.
