　　1、 Ordering Notice:

　　1. When ordering this product, users should pay attention to the nominal diameter of the pipeline, flow range, nominal pressure, medium pressure, and medium temperature range

　　Choose appropriate specifications for the surrounding and environmental conditions, and indicate the explosion-proof level requirements for use in hazardous areas.

　　2. Flow meters are generally of the basic type, with industrial and mining pulse output and RS485 communication interface. If other accessory output functions are required, please specify them when ordering.

　　2、 Main features:

　　1. No mechanical movable parts, corrosion-resistant, stable and reliable, long service life, long-term operation without special maintenance;

　　2. Implemented mechatronics integration, eliminating the need for manual monitoring in daily measurement processes;

　　3. The installation conditions for the process are not strict, and the straight pipe sections upstream and downstream of the instrument can be greatly shortened compared to orifice plates and vortex flowmeters;

　　4. The measurement accuracy of the system can meet the current trade measurement requirements (≤ 1.5%);

　　5. The flow measurement range is wide (qmax/qmin=15-20), which can effectively work in small flow areas that orifice plates and vortex flowmeters cannot access;

　　3、 Installation matters:

　　Sensors can be installed in vertical, horizontal, or any inclined position according to the flow direction indicator;

　　When the pipeline is long or close to the vibration source, supports should be installed upstream and downstream of the flowmeter to eliminate the impact of pipeline vibration;

　　The installation location of the sensor should have sufficient space for the inspection and maintenance of the flowmeter, and should meet the environmental requirements of the flowmeter;

　　Avoid interference from strong external magnetic fields;

　　When installed and used outdoors, there should be a cover to avoid direct sunlight and rainwater erosion, which may affect the service life of the instrument;

　　When conducting pipeline pressure testing, attention should be paid to the pressure measurement range of the pressure sensor equipped on the intelligent flowmeter to avoid damaging the pressure sensor due to overpressure.

　　Attention should be paid to the influence of installation stress. The upstream and downstream pipelines of the flowmeter should be coaxial, otherwise shear stress will be generated.

　　The installation location of the flowmeter should consider the thickness of the sealing gasket or install an elastic expansion joint on the downstream side.

　　Before installing the flow meter, the welding slag and other debris in the pipeline should be removed first.
