Description :

　　This product is mainly used in various departments such as chemical, petroleum, light industry, medicine, fertilizer, synthetic fiber, food, and scientific research to measure the flow rate of single-phase non pulsating (liquid or gas) fluids. The intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter consists of two parts: sensors and converters.

　　1、 Main features:

　　1. The structure is simple, without movable parts or any throttling components that hinder fluid flow, so it will not cause any additional pressure loss when the fluid passes through. At the same time, it will not cause problems such as wear and blockage, making it particularly suitable for measuring liquid-solid two-phase fluids such as slurry and sewage with solid particles, as well as various viscous slurries. If corrosion-resistant insulation lining is used and corrosion-resistant materials are selected to make the click, it can be used for measuring various corrosive media.

　　2. Electromagnetic flowmeter is a volumetric flow measurement instrument that is not affected by the temperature, viscosity, density, and conductivity (within a certain range) of the measured medium during the measurement process. Therefore, after being calibrated with water, electromagnetic flow meters can be used to measure the flow rate of other conductive liquids without the need for additional corrections.

　　3. The range is extremely wide, and the range of the same electromagnetic flowmeter is 100:1. In addition, the electromagnetic flowmeter is only proportional to the average flow velocity of the measured medium, and is independent of the flow state under axisymmetric distribution.

　　4. No mechanical inertia, sensitive response, can measure instantaneous pulsating flow rate, and has good linearity. Therefore, the measurement signal can be directly converted into a standardized signal output using a converter, which can be used for on-site indication or long-distance transmission.

　　3、 Installation:

　　1. Electromagnetic flow meters should be installed at the lower and vertically upward positions of horizontal pipelines, avoiding installation at high points and vertically downward positions of pipelines;

　　2. The electromagnetic flowmeter should be installed at the rising point of the pipeline;

　　3. When installing an open discharge pipeline, it should be installed at the lower part of the pipeline;

　　4. If the pipeline drop exceeds 5m, install an exhaust valve downstream of the sensor;

　　5. Electromagnetic flow meters should be installed with control valves and shut-off valves downstream of the sensor, rather than upstream of the sensor;

　　6. Sensors should never be installed at the inlet and outlet of the pump, but rather at the outlet of the pump;

　　7. The method of installing an electromagnetic flowmeter in the measuring well.
