　　This product is suitable for measuring liquids and gases. Classified according to instructions, applicable conditions, and signal output forms: pointer type, electric remote transmission type, corrosion-resistant type, high-voltage type, jacket type, explosion-proof type.

　　1、 Characteristics:

　　Mechanical pointer indicates instantaneous flow rate on site, LCD displays instantaneous flow rate and cumulative flow rate;

　　Intelligent indicator, data acquisition and processing chip, modular design, without hysteresis;

　　3、 Installation requirements:

　　The inlet of the flowmeter should have a straight pipe section of at least 5 times the diameter of the pipe, and the outlet should have a straight pipe section of 250mm;

　　A bypass should be added to the metal tube float flowmeter to facilitate troubleshooting and ensure that it does not affect production during blowdown;

　　If the medium contains solid impurities, it should be considered to install a filter between the valve and the straight pipe section;

　　If the medium contains ferromagnetic substances, a magnetic filter should be installed;

　　When the temperature of the tested medium is higher than 220 ℃ or the fluid temperature is too low to cause crystallization, insulation protection measures should be taken, and a jacket type should be selected for cooling or insulation;

　　When used for gas measurement, it should be ensured that the pipeline pressure is not less than 5 times the pressure loss of the flowmeter to ensure stable operation of the float;

　　The pipeline flange, fasteners, gaskets, and flowmeter flange must meet the same standards to ensure the normal installation and operation of the instrument.
