Description :

　　This product can work simultaneously with external power supply and battery power supply. Under normal circumstances, it is powered by 24V. In case of emergency or power outage, the built-in battery can continue to supply power, ensuring the normal recording and monitoring of data.

　　2、 Characteristics

　　No mechanical movable parts, corrosion-resistant, stable and reliable, long service life, long-term operation without special maintenance;

　　Using 16 bit computer chips, high integration, small size, good performance, and strong overall functionality;

　　The intelligent flowmeter integrates a flow probe, microprocessor, pressure, and temperature sensors, and adopts a built-in combination to make the structure more compact. It can directly measure the flow rate, pressure, and temperature of the fluid, and automatically track compensation and compression factor correction in real time;

　　The use of dual detection technology can effectively improve the strength of detection signals and suppress interference caused by pipeline vibration;

　　Adopting a Chinese character dot matrix display screen, it has a large number of digits for intuitive and convenient reading. It can directly display the volume flow rate under working conditions, the volume flow rate under standard conditions, the total amount, as well as parameters such as medium pressure and temperature.

　　3、 Precautions

　　1. The directional signs can be installed in vertical, horizontal, or any inclined position.

　　2. When the pipeline is long or close to the vibration source, supports should be installed upstream and downstream of the flowmeter to eliminate the impact of pipeline vibration.

　　3. The installation location of the vortex flowmeter should have sufficient space for inspection and maintenance of the flowmeter, and should meet the environmental requirements of the flowmeter.

　　4. Avoid interference from strong external magnetic fields.

　　5. When installed and used outdoors, there should be a cover to avoid direct sunlight and rainwater erosion, which may affect the service life of the instrument.

　　6. During pipeline pressure testing, attention should be paid to the pressure measurement range of the pressure sensor equipped with the intelligent vortex flowmeter to avoid damage to the pressure sensor due to overpressure.
