  • Product Description
  • Description :

      This product is mainly used to measure the volumetric flow rate of conductive liquids and slurries in closed pipelines. Including highly corrosive liquids such as acids, alkalis, salts, etc.

      1、 Product features:

      1. Suitable for volumetric flow measurement of conductive fluids with conductivity greater than 5 ц s/cm;

      2. There are no active or obstructed components inside the measuring tube, and the pressure loss is small;

      3. Lining and electrodes with different materials have good anti-corrosion performance;

      4. Not affected by medium, density, viscosity, temperature, pressure, and conductivity;

      5. Low frequency rectangular wave excitation, less susceptible to interference, stable and reliable;

      6. The converter has low energy consumption, simple and convenient installation, and users do not need to debug.

      2、 Technical parameters:

      Nominal diameter (mm): Pipeline PTFE lining: DN10~DN600 Pipeline rubber lining: DN40~DN1200

      Flow direction: positive, negative, net flow

      Range ratio: 150:1

      Repetitive error: ± 0.1% of the measured value

      Accuracy level: Pipeline type: 0.5 level, 1.0 level

      Temperature of the tested medium: ordinary rubber lining: -20 to+60 ℃

      High temperature rubber lining: -20 to+90 ℃

      PTFE lining: -30 to+100 ℃

      High temperature PTFE lining: -20 to+180 ℃

      Rated working pressure: (high pressure can be customized) DN6-DN80: ≤ 1.6MPa DN100-DN250: ≤ 1.0MPa

      DN300-DN1200:≤0.6MPa

      Conductivity range: The conductivity of the measured fluid is ≥ 5 μ s/cm

      3、 Attention:

      1. The ambient temperature or the radiation temperature on the surface of the flowmeter converter is greater than 60 ℃.

      2. In situations where pipeline vibration is significant.

      3. In situations where the aluminum casing of the converter is severely corroded by corrosive gases.

      4. In places with high humidity or corrosive gases on site.

      5. Flow meters are installed in high-altitude or underground environments where debugging is inconvenient.
