Description :
This product is suitable for flow measurement of industrial pipelines, channels, small rivers, and various conductive liquid measurements in environmental treatment. It is widely used in municipal water supply, steel, petroleum, chemical, power, industry, water conservancy, water administration, water resources and other departments.
1、 Characteristics:
The sensor adopts an integral welded structure with good sealing performance;
The structure is simple and reliable, with no moving parts inside and almost no pressure loss;
The measurement accuracy is not affected by changes in physical parameters such as pressure, temperature, density, viscosity, etc. of the measured medium; Accuracy is not sensitive to changes in velocity distribution (except for vortices);
Equipped with conductivity measurement function, it can distinguish whether the sensor is empty or not; Adopting a 16 bit embedded microprocessor, it has fast computing speed and high accuracy; There are two integrators inside, which display forward and reverse accumulation and difference accumulation respectively; Capable of outputting RS485 or RS232C digital communication signals.

3、 Installation:
1. There should be no strong external magnetic field interference or strong mechanical vibration around the flowmeter. Before installation, the environmental conditions should be reviewed according to its usage requirements for normal use;
When installing the flowmeter outdoors, there should be a cover on the upper part to prevent rainwater from entering and direct sunlight from affecting the service life of the flowmeter;
3. The flowmeter can be installed at any angle, and the direction of fluid flow should be consistent with the direction indicated on the housing. There should be straight pipe sections of 10DN and 5DN upstream and downstream of the flowmeter, respectively;
4. The flowmeter should be installed coaxially with the pipeline, and the flange screw hole connection should be parallel to the pipeline axis to prevent sealing gaskets and grease from entering the pipeline cavity;
5. If necessary, a filter can be installed upstream of the flowmeter to filter out particles and debris in the medium.
