2、 Characteristics:
Adopting precision bearings specifically designed for imported instruments, with high accuracy and good stability, it can be used without refueling for five years under normal conditions.
The carefully designed flow channel structure avoids the flow of air between the bearings and improves the medium adaptability of the turbine flowmeter.
The unique reverse thrust structure and sealing structure design ensure the long-term reliable operation of the bearing.
The flowmeter head can rotate 180 °, making installation and use simple and convenient.
Design a rectifier with excellent rectification performance, with very low requirements for the front and rear straight pipe sections (front ≥ 2DN, rear ≥ 1DN).

3、 Principle:
Using a turbine for measurement, it first converts the flow rate into the rotational speed of the turbine, and then converts the rotational speed into an electrical signal proportional to the flow rate. Used to detect instantaneous flow and total cumulative flow, its output signal is frequency and easy to digitize. Induction coil and magnet in the picture
Fixed together on the shell. When the ferromagnetic turbine blades pass through the magnet, the magnetic resistance of the magnetic circuit changes, thereby generating an induction signal. The signal is amplified and shaped by an amplifier and sent to a counter or frequency meter to display the total accumulated flow rate. Simultaneously, the pulse frequency is converted from frequency to voltage to indicate instantaneous flow rate. The rotational speed of the impeller is proportional to the flow rate, and the rotational speed of the impeller is proportional to the total amount of flow. The output of the turbine flowmeter is a frequency modulated signal, which not only improves the anti-interference ability of the detection circuit, but also simplifies the flow detection system. Its range ratio can reach 10:1, and the accuracy is within ± 0.2%. The time constant of a turbine flowmeter with small inertia and size can reach 0.01 seconds.
Gas turbine flow meters are widely used in petroleum, organic liquids, inorganic liquids, liquefied gas, natural gas, and low-temperature fluids.
