Top structure: The transmission mechanism of the fast soft curtain door (fast rolling shutter door) is installed in the top chassis of the door opening. The chassis is made of 2mm thick galvanized steel plate, and both ends are made of 6mm thick steel plate. The end plate is equipped with mounting seats and mounting holes for installing scroll bearings, driving motors, and balance system components. The steel plate surface is sprayed with plastic to meet the customer's required color. The reel is installed inside the chassis and consists of a reel, shaft end, bearing seat, etc. The size of the drum is calculated based on the height and width of the door opening, and a reasonable size is selected. On this door, the diameter of the drum is 219mm.
Guide slot box: The guide slot box is made of 2mm thick galvanized steel plate and is fixed to the wall on both sides of the door opening. The chassis is placed on the top of the guide slot box and fixed to the guide slot box and wall with bolts. There are sealing strips fixed on both sides of the guide groove box to ensure certain sealing requirements. At a height of about 1 meter above the ground at the bottom of the guide groove box, an installation position for an infrared monitor is reserved. The guide groove box is treated with spray coating and is the same color as the chassis. The brush inside the guide groove is pressed against the curtain to limit the curtain from detaching from the guide groove. This way, when the car hits the door, the door curtain will detach from the guide groove, thus avoiding damage to the door body.
Curtain fabric: The curtain fabric is made in sections, with a height of about 700mm each. Each section of the curtain fabric is connected into a whole curtain fabric through a specially made aluminum wind resistant strip. The curtain fabric is 1.2mm thick and has the advantages of high strength, impact resistance, and not easy to puncture. Transparent PVC material with a thickness of δ=2mm can also be used to make the curtain fabric, or partially transparent PVC material can be used to make the curtain fabric, in order to observe the situation on both sides of the soft curtain door. An aluminum bottom beam is provided at the bottom of the curtain fabric, and the top of the anti-collision soft bag curtain fabric is fixed to the drum with screws and pressure strips.
Drive device: The soft curtain door shaft is directly driven by a reduction motor, and different speed ratios of reducers are selected according to the lifting speed requirements to achieve the required lifting speed, with a fast speed of over 80cm/s. The control circuit adopts frequency conversion control to achieve slow start and slow stop during the operation of the curtain, and can make the curtain stop automatically when it is in place and stop moving during operation.
Control: The soft curtain door is equipped with a control box, which can be operated to "open", "stop", and "close", and a control button can be set on the other side wall of the control box to operate "open", "stop", and "close". Remote control operation and radar detection or geomagnetic induction automatic door opening and closing can be selected according to needs. Infrared monitoring devices are installed on both sides of the door opening. When obstacles pass through the door opening during door movement, the curtain movement will stop or return to the open state.
