1. Determine the installation position of the guide rail on both sides of the fast door, use a hammer line to set out the guide rail reference line, and set out the cross line of the fixing bolt of the guide rail connector. The guide rail should exceed the ceiling by no less than 75cm.

2. Use an impact drill to drill expansion bolt holes for fixing connectors on the wall column, with a spacing of no more than 600mm between connectors and a distance of 100mm from the guide rail mouth at both ends. First, fix several connectors up and down, attach the guide rail, correct its verticality, and spot weld it. After fixing the guide rail, recheck the verticality of the guide rail, which should not exceed 5mm per meter and 20mm for the entire length. The composite curtain surface should be embedded into the guide rail depth (see GBl4102-2005).

3. Install the remaining connecting components, and use spot welding between the connecting components and the guide rail. Each connecting component should have at least 5 spot welding points with a guide rail, and the width of the spot welding should not be less than 5mm. The welding point should never be penetrated. When using stainless steel guide rails, stainless steel welding rods are used.
